Customer Service and Return Policy
In Favour is committed to providing quality products and ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. To this end, we will accept the return of product for merchandise refund. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Product must be returned within two months of original purchase and must be in original packaged condition. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of additional guest packages, without exception. If your order has been damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to fix the mistake and ship the correct product.
